  • We ship products across India, subject to serviceability and logistics feasibility.
  • Certain remote or restricted locations may require additional delivery time or cost.

2.2 International Shipping

  • International shipping, where offered, is subject to:
    • Prior written confirmation
    • Import/export regulations
    • Customs duties and taxes borne by the customer

3. Shipping Methods & Partners

  • Products are shipped via reputable third-party logistics providers.
  • Mode of transport may include road, rail, or courier depending on item size and urgency.
  • The choice of logistics partner rests solely with us unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed after:

    • Verification of order details
  • Typical processing time:
    • 3–10 business days for standard equipment
    • Project-specific timelines for Solar EPC orders

Processing time excludes transit time.

5. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on:

  • Shipping location
  • Logistics partner performance
  • Force majeure conditions

Estimated timelines:

  • Metro cities: 5–10 business days
  • Non-metro / remote areas: 7–15 business days
  • Solar EPC equipment: As per project schedule

Timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are communicated during quotation or checkout.
  • Charges may depend on:
    • Weight and dimensions
    • Distance and location
    • Insurance and handling requirements
  • Any additional charges due to re-delivery or incorrect address will be borne by the customer.

7. Risk, Title & Insurance

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
  • Insurance, if opted, will be charged additionally.
  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by logistics partners.

8. Inspection & Acceptance

Customers must:

  • Inspect packages at the time of delivery
  • Report visible damage or shortages immediately to the delivery agent
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for any transit-related issues

Failure to report within this period may void claims.

9. Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Transport strikes
  • Supply chain disruptions

Such delays do not entitle customers to refunds or penalties.

10. Installation & On-Site Delivery (Solar EPC)

  • Equipment delivery does not imply immediate installation.
  • Installation is scheduled based on:
    • Site readiness
    • Regulatory approvals
    • Grid availability
  • Customer must ensure site access and safety.

11. Digital Services Delivery

For non-physical services such as:

  • Web development
  • Hosting & SaaS
  • SMS / WhatsApp / API services
  • Digital marketing services

Delivery occurs through:

  • Online dashboards
  • Email credentials
  • Platform access activation

No physical shipping is involved.

12. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
  • Failed delivery due to incorrect address may incur:
    • Re-shipping charges
    • Storage or handling fees

13. Returns & Refunds

Shipping-related returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
