Return and Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs payments made to Marvel Energy Tech (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for all products and services, including solar EPC, equipment sales, SaaS, hosting, BPO, messaging, and digital marketing services.

By making a payment to us, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

1. General Refund Principles

All refunds are governed strictly by this Policy and any written agreement or quotation
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of service, stage of delivery, and costs already incurred
Processing fees, gateway charges, taxes, and third-party costs are non-refundable

2. Solar EPC & Equipment Services

2.1 Project Booking / Advance Payments

Advance payments are non-refundable once site survey, engineering, or procurement has started
If cancellation occurs before any work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative costs

2.2 Equipment Procurement

Solar panels, inverters, structures, and accessories are custom-procured
Once ordered, no refunds or cancellations are permitted

2.3 Installation & Commissioning

No refunds after installation commencement
Delays due to approvals, grid issues, weather, or client non-cooperation do not qualify for refunds

3. SaaS, Hosting & Subscription Services

Subscription fees are non-refundable
Partial usage does not qualify for prorated refunds
Free trials (if any) must be canceled before expiry to avoid charges
Termination does not entitle users to refunds for unused periods

4. Web Development & Custom Software Projects

Project advances are non-refundable
Payments tied to milestones already completed are not refundable
If a project is canceled by the client:
- Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed
- Any balance amount may be refunded at our discretion

5. BPO, SMS, WhatsApp & Communication Services

Wallet recharges, credits, and message balances are non-refundable
Messages rejected due to policy, template issues, opt-in problems, or platform restrictions are not refundable
Charges incurred by Meta, telecom operators, or aggregators cannot be reversed

We act solely as a technology facilitator, not the message originator.

6. Digital Marketing & Advertising Services

Includes Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and campaign management:

Setup fees and management fees are non-refundable
Ad spend paid to platforms is not refundable
No refunds for:
- Low performance
- Account suspensions by platforms
- Policy violations by clients
- Changes in platform algorithms or pricing

No guarantee of leads, sales, or ROI is provided.

7. Cancellations

7.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

Must be submitted in writing via email
Services remain billable until the cancellation date
Outstanding dues must be cleared before closure

7.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation

We may cancel services due to:

Policy or legal violations
Non-payment
Abuse or misuse of services

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

8. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered solely at our discretion in cases of:

Duplicate payments
Billing errors directly attributable to us

Such refunds do not set a precedent for future cases.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
Refunds are made to the original payment method only
Processing time may vary based on banks or gateways

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension
Clients must first contact us for resolution before initiating disputes
Abuse of chargeback mechanisms may lead to permanent service termination

11. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of India.
Courts of [City, State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
